Balancing Toner contains a Seaweed Extract that mixes with the proteins in the outer layer of your skin, forming protective, moisturizing complexes. Seaweed is a key ingredient in our toner because it is rich in cosmetically-active compounds such as uronic acid, fucose polymers, and sulfated polyglucosides.

The fucose polymers in the Seaweed retain water and act as hydrating agents and as a result, our Seaweed Extract both hydrates and softens your skin.
